What makes a person happy?

For all I know now, I think that people strive their asses off to get what they want.
They make themselves their way through with renewed vigor. They have a hodgepodge of deliberate intentions just so to grab on to their goals. They do it in a superfluous way, they make it seem like they meant it well. They meant it hard.

And,
Then,

Once they start to access their happy basket, they start being prodigal without knowing. They appreciate their basket full of goods at the start. But after awhile, when they start to put the goods into void, they turn torpid. They look around for other baskets, so yeah. And you know why?

The goods have already satiated their mental hunger. They think that the goods are extraneous to the extent they look out of everything. They make the basket look redundant, useless, verbose.

I hate this part right here. This human-based emotion that hunts everyone deep down.

I believe in cynicism.
